For Physical Goods:
All order cancellations requested prior to shipping/fulfillment will be processed with a 3% cancellation fee.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted for up to 14 business days of customer’s original purchase (with receipt or tracking number) for unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and non-modified merchandise. All merchandise must remain in its original packaging or with original packaging fully intact (including all tags).
All returns/exchanges are handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of the retailer. VGS Sports reserves the right to deny any returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds [if accepted/honored] will be processed at the moment of return. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees to our facility.
For Non-Physical and/or Digital Goods:
All refunds of non-physical goods are handled on a case by case basis. In the event of a software glitch that causes VGS to oversell inventory, we will refund your purchase and do our best to make sure you are fully compensated.
Other than a software glitch that causes VGS to oversell inventory, we do not offer any refunds on digital or non-physical goods.
